Officially part of the HZI Group since February 9

On December 9, 2021, Nippon Steel Engineering concluded an agreement with the Swiss company Hitachi Zosen Inova AG (HZI) to take over the business activities of Steinmüller Babcock Environment GmbH.

The final closing took place as planned, and we have therefore now been part of the HZI Group since 9 February 2022.

We look forward to our joint future with great anticipation and enthusiasm.
